Our marriage hit the rocks due to her & I being unequally yolked ( religiously) she believed in Christ, but she didn’t show it with me. She was diagnosed with an illness (Major Depressive Disorder) and

she would hit me, say the meanest things and then tell me to leave.

I recently found the proof of her having an affair after at least a month of Suspiscion….She wrote in her own diary that I hit her and cheated on her & I can’t figure out why would anyone lie to themselves through a devotional. She is not on her meds anymore and I don’t know how long she has not been taking the Zoloft.

I know I can’t contribute her infidelity, forging and hot check writing all to the disease, but I fear that the lover she moved in doesn’t TRULY have a clue what he is in, & I also fear his violent temper/ understanding may spark him to wail on her.
I shouldn’t care anymore, but I share a child with this woman and I wish I could know how much of all this Drama is due to her illness.

I married my first husband when I was 19. We had dated long distance for 2 years…I thought I loved him and I thought I knew him. After 2 years of marriage I left him and returned to my hometown. I caught him having an affair. I am 29 years old now, and thinking back I think he conned me and was seeing others the whole time we were together. Sometimes I don’t realize how dumb I could have been.

I am also asking this to let others know that there are good spouses out their. I dated my current husband for only 5 months before we got married. We have been married 5 and a half years and we are expecting our 3rd child. He is honest and hardworking. Times do get tough because we have decided the best things for our kids is for me to stay home with them. We do sacrifice the finer things in life living on one income, but the children will have a more joyful childhood and great memories of their family!
